Responsibilities

Providing IT support service to in-office and remote employees
Track and Inventory IT assets
Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees
Document internal procedure
Troubleshoot servers and workstation
Research solutions for complex issues, analyze and solve technical problems
Work with and participate with the Director of IT on projects as needed

Requirements

Available a minimum of 15 hours a week
Junior or Senior working towards degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Strong aptitude in OS repairs, hardware upgrade and troubleshooting
Able to react to change proactively and productively

Technical Capabilities

Working experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Servers a plus
Previous experience with application support including Microsoft Office Suite, printing devices and phones
