Essential Functions
- Overseeing transactions from start to finish which entails the orchestration of involved parties (customers, lenders, vendors, etc.)
- Manage your sales activity to success including metrics such as call activity, new lease applications, approval ratio, backlog, close ratio, booked volume, etc.
- Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth
- Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders and your team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to your customers
Pre-Requisites for Position
- Prior account management and/or territory management skills with proven results
- Prior experience as a Top Performer at previous equipment finance company
- Strong skill set including- Negotiation, listening and comprehension, inductive and deductive reasoning, as well as strong and professional verbal and writing communication skills
- Excellent positive attitude, hard working, strong ethics, loyalty and respect, team player, and a passion for success
