*Terms and Conditions: The marketing referral bonus amount paid by American Capital Group, Inc. (“ACG”) is calculated based off the equipment cost financed by ACG. The first referral submitted by the Vendor (“You”, “Your”) and funded by ACG is eligible for a one-time referral bonus of 3%. Each additional referral submitted by you, through your personalized Vendor application link and funded by ACG is eligible for a 2% referral bonus. Applications received and funded by ACG from your client directly, not using your Vendor Application Link, are eligible for a 1% referral bonus. ALL Referrals and/or Applicants are subject to credit review and approval and must meet ACG’s minimum credit requirements for equipment financing. Only Referrals and/or Applications received on, or after December 11th, 2023, are eligible; any referral and/or applications received prior to December 11th, 2023, does not qualify for a referral bonus without exception.
