AV equipment financing questions
Can I finance audio visual equipment for my business?
Yes. Cameras, projectors, LED walls, live production switchers, mixing and mastering gear, lighting and grip are financed new or used, and a full studio or conference room build-out can go on one schedule.
Can the installation and cabling go into the same lease as the gear?
Yes. Rigging, structured cabling, mounting, commissioning and programming are part of what makes an AV system work, so they are financed alongside the hardware rather than paid separately out of pocket.
Do you finance LED video walls?
Yes. Fine-pitch LED walls and large-format displays are financed with their processors, mounting structure, spares and the install. A wall is usually the largest line in an AV project and the one most often leased.
Can an AV integrator finance equipment for a customer project?
Yes. Integrators finance gear for their own rental inventory, and their business customers can finance a system the integrator specifies and installs. We pay the vendor directly on either path.
Can I finance a commercial AV system?
Yes. Sound reinforcement, mixing consoles, DSP, LED walls, control systems and the rigging that holds them are financed as one system, new or used, through your own integrator.
Can a church or venue finance a sound and video system?
Yes. Houses of worship, ballrooms, theaters and conference centers finance audio, video, lighting and streaming systems on one schedule with one monthly payment.
Can conference room AV be financed across many rooms?
Yes. A standardized room build repeated across a building or a campus goes on one schedule, so adding rooms later is a change to an existing lease.
