BOTTLING & FILLING LINES

Bottling equipment financing and leasing

A bottling line is bought as a line, not as a machine, and it has to be financed the same way. We finance fillers, cappers, labelers, seamers, conveyors, case packers and palletizers — new, used or rebuilt, from one integrator or six different suppliers — with installation and commissioning on the same lease.

What we finance

New or used, from any vendor, dealer or auction. Named manufacturers are examples of what this covers, not a limit — if what you need is not on this list, ask.

  • Rotary and inline fillers — gravity, overflow, piston and servo, from Krones, KHS, Accutek
  • Monoblock rinser-filler-cappers for water, juice and spirits
  • Capping and closing — chuck, spindle, ROPP and corking machines
  • Labelers — pressure sensitive, roll-fed and shrink sleeve from Krones Contiroll, PE Labellers, Accraply
  • Can seamers and canning lines — Wild Goose, Ska Fabricating
  • PET blow molders and stretch-blow machines — Sidel, SIPA
  • CIP skids, tunnel pasteurizers and flash pasteurizers
  • Conveyors, accumulation tables, depalletizers and rinsers
  • Case packers, cartoners, shrink bundlers and stretch wrappers — Lantech, Wulftec
  • Coders, vision inspection and checkweighers — Videojet, Markem-Imaje, Mettler-Toledo

Why lease it

01

Finance the line, not the machines

A filler from one supplier and a labeler from another still make one line. Writing them on one lease means one payment and one end date instead of a stack of separate notes.

02

Installation and commissioning included

Rigging, electrical, air, conveyor tie-in and the integrator's commissioning time are real costs. They can be financed with the equipment rather than coming out of working capital.

03

Rebuilt lines are worth financing

A rebuilt Krones or KHS machine with a warranty is often the smarter buy, and it finances the same way new equipment does.

Bottling equipment financing questions

Can a whole bottling line be financed on one lease?

Yes, and that is the usual way it is done. The filler, capper, labeler, conveyors, case packer and palletizer go on one lease even when they come from six different suppliers, so the line is one payment.

Do you finance used or rebuilt bottling equipment?

Yes. Used and factory-rebuilt fillers, labelers and seamers are financed regularly, including machines bought from used equipment dealers and at plant liquidations.

Can installation and rigging be included in the financing?

Yes. Rigging, electrical, air, conveyor tie-in and the integrator's commissioning hours can be written into the same lease as the machines, which matters on a line where the install is a large share of the cost.

Is there financing for a small craft bottling or canning line?

Yes. Small monoblock and inline systems for craft beverage, spirits, sauce and cosmetics producers are financed as single transactions above the ten thousand dollar minimum.
