A C-arm bought on the case volume
Every fluoroscopy-guided procedure carries a facility fee. A lease with a five to seven year term puts the C-arm in the room on a fixed monthly payment and the case volume it enables pays for it case by case.

New flat-panel or refurbished, on the same terms
A new 3D flat-panel C-arm and a refurbished image intensifier unit are both financeable, and the choice is clinical rather than financial. We pay the manufacturer or the certified reseller directly and the practice makes one payment either way.

Deduct the equipment the year it is installed
C-arms, surgical tables and imaging workstations are Section 179 property. Buy on a $1 buyout lease or an equipment finance agreement and the whole purchase can be expensed in the year it goes into service, subject to your own tax position and your CPA's advice.

Can I finance a C-arm for a surgery center or a pain management practice?
Yes. C-arm financing from American Capital Group covers GE OEC, Ziehm, Siemens Cios and Philips Zenition mobile C-arms, mini C-arms and the radiolucent tables that go with them, new or refurbished, for ambulatory surgery centres, pain management, orthopaedic, podiatry, urology and vascular practices and hospitals. Most units are approved on an application alone, with no financial statements up to $150,000, and larger imaging packages are quoted on a short financial package.
How much does it cost to lease a C-arm?
The payment depends on the unit, whether it is new or refurbished, the term and the end of term option you choose. A refurbished image intensifier C-arm on a three year lease is a very different agreement from a new 3D flat-panel unit with a table on seven years, so send the quote through the form on this page and we return real numbers, usually the same business day.
Can I lease a refurbished C-arm?
Yes. Refurbished C-arms from the manufacturer or a certified reseller qualify and are often the right choice for a pain practice or a podiatry office adding fluoroscopy. We pay the seller directly once the unit is delivered, tested and the agreement is signed.
Can I finance the C-arm and the surgical table together?
Yes. The C-arm, the radiolucent table, the shielding, the workstation and any ultrasound or portable X-ray bought at the same time can share one lease. One agreement, one payment and one installation date for the whole procedure room.
