GOLF SIMULATORS
Commercial golf simulator financing and leasing
Indoor golf has become a business of its own: simulator lounges, bars with bays, country club practice rooms, fitting studios and entertainment venues. Each bay is a launch monitor, an enclosure, a projector and a hitting area, and a four-bay venue is a real capital project. Financing lets the bays open on hourly bookings rather than saved cash.

Why lease it
01
Bays that book by the hour pay by the month
A simulator bay is sold in hourly blocks and memberships. A lease with a three to five year term puts every bay on a fixed monthly payment, and the bookings a bay takes in a normal month cover its own payment with room to spare.
02
Refresh the launch monitor on the technology cycle
Launch monitor makers ship a new flagship every few years, and the venue with the newest TrackMan or Foresight is the one the serious golfers book. A fair market value lease lets you return the monitors at the end of the term and move to the next generation.
03
Deduct the venue the year it opens
Simulators, enclosures, projectors and turf are Section 179 property. Buy on a $1 buyout lease or an equipment finance agreement and the whole bay package can be expensed in the year the venue opens, subject to your own tax position and your CPA's advice.

Questions venue owners ask before financing simulators
Can I finance golf simulators for an indoor golf business?
Yes. Golf simulator financing from American Capital Group covers TrackMan, Foresight, Full Swing, Uneekor, aboutGolf and ProTee commercial simulator bays with enclosures, screens, projectors, turf and software for indoor golf lounges, bars and restaurants, country clubs, fitting studios, entertainment venues and hotels. Most single and two-bay builds are approved on an application alone, with no financial statements up to $150,000, and larger venues are quoted on a short financial package.
How much does it cost to lease a commercial golf simulator?
The payment depends on the launch monitor, the enclosure, the number of bays, the term and the end of term option you choose. A single bay with a photometric monitor on a three year lease is a very different agreement from a six-bay lounge with TrackMan units on five years, so send the builder's quote through the form on this page and we return real numbers, usually the same business day.
Can a new indoor golf venue get financing before it opens?
Yes. A first-time venue owner with a signed lease and a build plan can finance the bays against personal credit and the business plan. We fund new entertainment venues regularly, and the first payment can be timed to the opening date when the installation is scheduled ahead of it.
Can I finance a simulator bay for a bar, a country club or a fitting studio?
Yes. A bar adding two bays, a country club building a winter practice room and a club fitter buying a launch monitor and cameras all qualify, and the simulator can share a lease with the furniture, audio-visual and point-of-sale that go in with it.
