TELEMEDICINE
Telemedicine equipment financing and leasing
Telehealth stopped being an experiment and became a line on the schedule. The equipment that makes it work is a cart at one end, a kit at the other and the integration that puts the encounter in the chart. Finance all three together and extend the practice's reach without spending the quarter's cash on hardware.
What we finance
New or used, from any vendor, dealer or auction. Named manufacturers are examples of what this covers, not a limit — if what you need is not on this list, ask.
- Telehealth carts — GlobalMed, Amwell, Rubbermaid, AFC
- Digital stethoscopes and electronic auscultation devices
- Exam cameras, otoscopes, ophthalmoscopes and derm cameras
- 4K PTZ cameras, codecs, microphones and speakerbars
- Remote patient monitoring kits, cuffs, scales and pulse ox
- Tele-ICU, tele-stroke and tele-psychiatry endpoints
- Portable ultrasound probes for remote exams
- Store-and-forward imaging and dermoscopy systems
- Waiting-room kiosks and self-service check-in stations
- Encounter software, EHR integration and licence subscriptions
- Network upgrades, access points and dedicated circuits
- Installation, workflow build and clinical staff training
Why lease it
01
Software is most of the cost, and it can be leased
Platform subscriptions, EHR integration work and the training that makes staff use it are soft costs. They go on the lease with the carts, so the whole program is one payment rather than a capital purchase plus a bill that never ends.
02
Reach more patients without more rooms
A telehealth endpoint adds capacity without adding an exam room. Spreading the cost over a term matches the visits it enables rather than the day the boxes are delivered.
03
Hardware moves quickly in this category
Cameras, carts and monitoring kits are replaced far sooner than an exam table. A fair market value lease lets you hand the equipment back and re-equip rather than owning a cart nobody wants.

Telemedicine financing questions
Can I finance telemedicine equipment?
Yes. Telehealth carts, digital stethoscopes, exam cameras, remote patient monitoring kits and the software licences that run them are financed new or used, from any vendor.
How much does it cost to lease a telehealth cart?
It depends on the cart, the camera and which diagnostic peripherals go with it. Send the vendor quote you already have and we will put a monthly payment against it the same day.
Can telemedicine software and subscriptions be financed?
Yes. Platform licences, EHR integration and staff training are soft costs and can be bundled onto the same lease as the carts and cameras, so the program carries one payment.
Can a small practice finance a telemedicine program?
Yes. Applications up to 150,000 dollars are decided on a one-page form without financial statements, and most decisions on a telehealth package come back the same day.
Know what you need?
An application takes a few minutes and most decisions come back the same day. If you would rather see a payment first, the calculator gives you a range without asking for anything.
