An ACG account executive contacts the business, takes the application and handles credit, documents and funding.

You are paid after funding
When the transaction funds, a check for your referral fee is mailed thirty days later. The fee is a share of the equipment cost.

How the referral program works
How much is the referral fee?
Three percent of the equipment cost funded on your first funded referral, and two percent of the equipment cost on each funded referral after that, as set out in the program terms on this page.
When is the referral fee paid?
By check, mailed to the address you give us, thirty days after the funding date. Compensation is earned only when the referred business is approved and actually funds an equipment financing transaction with us.
Who can refer a business?
Anyone who knows a business that needs equipment: an accountant, a consultant, an equipment technician, a supplier, a friend of the owner. You do not need an account with us to refer.
Does the business I refer need to know?
Yes. By submitting a referral you confirm that the business has given you permission to share its contact information with us. We contact them only to discuss equipment financing, and for nothing else.
What if the business is already talking to ACG?
Referrals already in contact with us, previously submitted, or currently under review may not be eligible for compensation. Send the referral as early as you can, before they have applied.
PROGRAM TERMS
Referral program terms and conditions
By submitting a referral, the referrer ("Referrer") agrees to the following terms and conditions of the ACG Equipment Financing Referral Program.
ACG Capital ("ACG") will contact the referred business solely for the purpose of discussing equipment financing opportunities. ACG will not use the referred business's information for any other purpose.
To qualify as an eligible referral, the referred business must be a legally registered business in good standing and must submit a completed credit application directly to ACG. All applications are subject to ACG's standard underwriting, credit review, and approval process. Approval is not guaranteed.
Referral compensation is earned only if the referred business is reviewed, approved, and successfully funds an equipment financing transaction with ACG. The referral must result in a completed funding in order to qualify for payment.
Referral compensation is calculated based on the total equipment cost funded by ACG. The Referrer will earn three percent (3%) of the equipment cost on their first funded referral and two percent (2%) of the equipment cost on each funded referral thereafter.
Referral payments are issued by check and mailed to the Referrer's provided mailing address thirty (30) days after the funding date. The Referrer is solely responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.
ACG reserves the right to determine referral eligibility, credit approval, funding terms, and referral compensation qualification at its sole discretion. Referrals that are already in contact with ACG, previously submitted, or currently under review may not be eligible for compensation.
By submitting a referral, the Referrer confirms that they have obtained permission from the referred business to share their contact information and that all information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
ACG reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
