Can I finance a wafer inspection system?
Yes. Patterned and unpatterned wafer inspection systems are financed new, used or refurbished, from any vendor or tool broker, with install and qualification included.
How much does it cost to lease semiconductor metrology equipment?
It depends on the tool, the wafer size it handles and whether install and applications support are included. Send the vendor quote you already have and we will put a monthly payment against it the same day.
Can I finance a resistivity mapping or film thickness system?
Yes. Four point probe and non-contact resistivity mapping systems, ellipsometers and reflectometers are financed the same way as inspection tools, new or refurbished.
Do you finance refurbished fab metrology tools from a broker?
Yes. Refurbished tools bought from a broker, a tool reseller or a closing fab are financed on the same terms as new equipment, and we pay the seller directly once you approve the invoice.
