WATERJET CUTTING

Waterjet financing and leasing

A waterjet cuts anything without a heat-affected zone, which is why job shops, stone fabricators and aerospace suppliers keep one running. We finance complete systems and pump upgrades — new or used, from Flow, Omax, Techni, WARDJet or a machinery dealer — including the abrasive handling and the install.

What we finance

New or used, from any vendor, dealer or auction. Named manufacturers are examples of what this covers, not a limit — if what you need is not on this list, ask.

  • Abrasive waterjet systems — Flow Mach 100 through Mach 500, Omax and Maxiem, Techni, WARDJet, Jet Edge
  • Direct drive and intensifier pumps — KMT, Flow HyPlex and HyperPressure, BFT
  • Multi-axis and bevel heads — Flow Dynamic XD, Omax Tilt-A-Jet and A-Jet, taper compensation
  • Micro waterjet and small-format tables for precision parts
  • Abrasive removal and recycling, hoppers, bulk feed and closed loop water systems
  • Tanks, slats, rotary axes, pipe and tube cutting attachments
  • Nesting and CAM software — IGEMS, Omax Intelli-MAX, FlowXpert, SigmaNEST
  • Chillers, garnet, orifices, mixing tubes and seal kits
  • Material handling — sheet loading, cranes, vacuum lifters, part carts
  • Used waterjets and pump retrofits from dealers and auctions, with rigging

Why lease it

01

Cut material other processes cannot touch

Stone, glass, titanium, composites, gasket stock and stacked plate all go on the same table with no heat distortion. Financing puts that range of work in reach on a monthly payment instead of a capital request.

02

Pump, abrasive system and software on one lease

The table is only part of the system. The pump, the abrasive removal, the chiller and the nesting seat can be financed together, which is how the machine actually starts cutting on schedule.

03

Retrofits and used systems qualify

A new pump on an existing table can double throughput for a fraction of a new machine. Pump upgrades, used tables and auction systems are all financeable.

Waterjet financing questions

Can I finance a waterjet cutting machine?

Yes. Complete abrasive waterjet systems from Flow, Omax, Maxiem, Techni, WARDJet and Jet Edge are financed new or used, and the pump, abrasive removal system, chiller and software can be written into the same lease as the table.

Do you finance used waterjet machines?

Yes. Used tables and complete systems from dealers, closing shops and auctions are financed the same way new ones are, usually on a shorter term. Rigging, freight, plumbing and the electrical hookup can be included in the amount financed.

Can I finance a waterjet pump upgrade on its own?

Yes. A pump is financed by itself, without buying a new table. Shops replacing an intensifier with a direct drive KMT or Flow pump usually finance just the pump and the install, because the throughput gain pays the payment.

Can a startup job shop finance a waterjet?

Yes. A shop in its first years is underwritten on the owner's industry experience, personal credit, the work already contracted and a down payment. First-machine shops are financed regularly, so a young company should apply rather than assume it is too early.
