DUMP TRUCKS & DUMP TRAILERS

Dump truck financing and leasing

A dump truck earns from the day it is loaded, which is the whole argument for financing one instead of waiting to save for it. We finance new and used tandems, tri-axles, super dumps and trailers from dealers, auctions and private sellers, including first trucks for owner-operators going out on their own.

What we finance

New or used, from any vendor, dealer or auction. Named manufacturers are examples of what this covers, not a limit — if what you need is not on this list, ask.

  • Tandem and tri-axle dump trucks — Mack Granite, Peterbilt 567, Kenworth T880
  • Western Star 47X and International HX vocational chassis
  • Class 6 and 7 single-axle dumps — Freightliner M2 106, Ford F-750
  • Super dumps with Strong Arm and Stinger lift axle systems
  • End dump, side dump and belly dump trailers — MAC, East, Ranco, Trail King
  • Transfer dumps and transfer trailers
  • Dump bodies and hoists — Ox Bodies, Galion, Godwin
  • Roll-off and hooklift trucks with containers
  • Articulated haul trucks — Cat 730, Volvo A40G, John Deere 460 P-Tier
  • Tarp systems, bed liners, and used or auction trucks

Why lease it

01

The truck pays for its own payment

A dump truck that is working bills by the load or by the hour. Financing lines the payment up against the revenue instead of against a savings account that never quite gets there.

02

Truck and trailer together

A tractor without a trailer hauls nothing. Both go on the same lease, bought from two different sellers if that is where the right units are, and it stays one payment.

03

First-time owner-operators

Coming off somebody else's payroll to buy your own truck is the hardest deal to get done anywhere. It is a conversation worth having rather than assuming the answer is no.

Dump truck financing questions

Can you finance a used dump truck?

Yes. Used dump truck financing is the majority of what gets funded in this category — dealer stock, auction purchases and private-party trucks all qualify. Mileage, engine hours and emissions equipment affect the term more than the age does.

How do I finance my first dump truck as an owner-operator?

A first truck is financed on the strength of your driving and work history as much as the business itself, so it is worth applying rather than assuming a new authority disqualifies you. A larger down payment widens what is possible.

Can I finance a dump trailer and the truck on one lease?

Yes. The tractor and the end dump, side dump or transfer trailer can be written on the same lease even when they come from two different sellers, so it stays one payment and one schedule.

Do you finance dump bodies and hoists on an existing chassis?

Yes. A dump body, hoist and tarp system installed on a chassis you already own can be financed on its own, and the upfitter's invoice is what the lease is written against.
