Commercial HVAC financing questions
Can I finance commercial HVAC equipment?
Yes. Packaged rooftop units, split systems, VRF, chillers, boilers, air handlers and DOAS are financed new or used, and the crane, rigging and installation labor go into the same amount financed.
Can a building owner finance a rooftop unit replacement?
Yes. A replacement is financed as a project, covering the unit, curb adapter, crane, electrical and controls, so an emergency changeout does not have to come out of operating cash in one week.
Do you finance R-454B and heat pump changeovers?
Yes. Commercial heat pumps and R-454B equipment are financed along with the recovery machines, vacuum pumps and gauges a contractor needs for the refrigerant transition.
Can an HVAC contractor finance service vans and tools?
Yes. Service vans, box trucks, crane trucks, recovery equipment and shop tooling are financed on their own schedule, so a contractor can add a truck without touching the line of credit.
