What does hotel equipment financing cover?
Anything that stays with the property: kitchen and refrigeration, on-premises laundry, PMS and POS systems, guest-room FF and E, HVAC, AV, and the installation that goes with them.
Do you finance used hotel equipment?
Yes. Used and refurbished hospitality equipment finances the same way as new, from a dealer, an auction or another property that is renovating.
Can a brand-mandated PIP renovation be financed?
Yes. The equipment and FF and E portion of a property improvement plan is exactly the kind of package this is written for, and it can be funded in stages as the work is delivered.
Can restaurant service equipment go on the same lease as the rooms?
